<p>If a website sets `maximum-scale=1.0` on the viewport, WebView will follow those instructions and prevent pinch-to-zoom.</p>

<p>WebRTC can leak local IP information even when using Orbot. Either we need to find a way to proxy it as well (perhaps with SOCKS) or disable it.</p>
