Currently, requests for View Source have to be made using HttpURLConnection, which doesn't always match the information that is sent or received by WebView.
Privacy Browser Android - Bug #241 (New): Fix the skinny, padded progress bar in the view source ...https://redmine.stoutner.com/issues/2412018-01-05T00:11:06ZSoren Stoutnersoren@stoutner.com

Beginning in API 21 with the material theme, Google automatically uses a skinny, padded drawable for indeterminate horizontal progress bars. They make this very difficult to override.

Perhaps once API >= 21 this will be easier, because one will not have to reference `style="?android:attr/progressBarStyleHorizontal"` to select the correct progress bar style for pre and post material devices. At that point, perhaps `@android:drawable/progress_horizontal_material` will be accessible. Currently, only `@android:drawable/progress_horizontal` can be referenced.
Privacy Browser Android - Feature #239 (New): Spoof or remove touch support reportinghttps://redmine.stoutner.com/issues/2392017-12-25T21:22:36ZSoren Stoutnersoren@stoutner.com

Requesting the ability to download a website for offline viewing, perhaps with a management system similar to the current bookmarks, where you can group, add, and remove your offline pages. I stumbled across Save for Offline, but it appears to be largely abandoned, or at least stalled now: https://github.com/JonasCz/save-for-offline

One of the bugs opened in Save for Offline also points to the utility HTTrack (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.httrack.android, http://www.httrack.com/), which seems to have this functionality as well, complete with working hyperlinks, however having it built into the browser would be handy for centralized management and viewing.
Privacy Browser Android - Feature #210 (New): Specify Privacy WebView's SSL settingshttps://redmine.stoutner.com/issues/2102017-09-29T06:39:41Zbill bunter

If you included open SSL in privacy browser would that allow to for user to disable weak TLS ciphers that are still in the Android open SSL on older phones? And even to specify cipher suite to be used in Domain pinning?
Privacy Browser Android - Feature #189 (New): Apply the user agent to resource requestshttps://redmine.stoutner.com/issues/1892017-08-31T20:10:52ZSoren Stoutnersoren@stoutner.com
