It would be possible to try to block them based on their file names, and particularly their file extensions, but this would be an incomplete solutions as the fonts don't necessarily need to have any particular file extension listed in the URL. Hence, the need to wait for a hook in the WebView than can be called when a remote font is being loaded.</p>
