Description

The proposal is to move the thin blue loading bar, which appears when loading pages, located at the top of the screen, to the bottom when "Bottom app bar" has been checked. It will reduce eyes movements.

Don't know if it is possible, maybe not if managed by Android WebView.

The loading progress bar is attached to the WebView, not the app bar (as Firefox appear to do it). However, it wouldn't be too difficult to attach it to the bottom of the WebView instead of the top when the app bar is at the bottom. Doing so would make the interface more consistent.
