I received one report that `WebView's` `cache` folder wasn't being cleared correctly on `Clear and Exit`. I am not certain why this was the case, but it would be nice to manually delete it just to be on the safe side. Also, other cruft can build up in the directory (my development systems have a bunch of Instant Run slices) and it would be nice to reclaim the space.

It turns out this problem manifests on LineageOS, which forked `WebView` in January 2017 and somehow managed to break the cache clearing functionality.
