Description

Looking up some (reliable) websites I get annoying SSL certificate errors. How can disable such error messages in settings?

It depends on why the errors are appearing. Can you post an example of one of the error messages? Perhaps also a copy of About > Version from inside Privacy Browser.

Note that if you want to eliminate an SSL certificate error, you can pin the SSL certificate in Domain Settings. Pinned SSL certificates don't display any errors, no matter what they are. But it will display a prompt whenever the SSL certificate changes (which is usually sometime between every three months and every year).
