Description
This has privacy implications in that websites can track you by determining if you have previously loaded a resource based on how fast it reloads (loading from cache is always faster than loading over the internet). By instructing the WebVeiw to never load from cache, this technique will not disclose if you have visited a site or loaded a resource previously.
