Can you have a global setting (and preferably domain settings) for disabling swiping down fully as a gesture to refreshment as causes mild annoyance in this specific website js paint (https://jspaint.app) thank you. (And please also like diable it like fully like no partial swipe down only such as in swipe down doesn't do anything to refresh or hidden action executed by the browser)
