Description

hi, can we please have an option to open links in apps? just like mobile Firefox does.

I wanted to redirect all Reddit links to RedReader (FOSS app), but it's currently not possible on Privacy Browser.

  • Subject changed from [fr] open links in apps to Open links in apps
  • Assignee set to Soren Stoutner
  • Private changed from Yes to No

Privacy Browser can manually open link in a compatible app by using Options > Share > Open with App.

I am not completely opposed to creating a feature to open all links that fit a certain pattern with an app, but I probably wouldn't implement this unless there were a number of users who requested it. As such, I am going to leave this feature request open and see how many other users would benefit from it.
