Description

Move the `DomainsActivity` runnable delay to the processing of the delete command. Currently it is delaying the enabling of the delete icon.

This original plan isn't a good idea because if too many delete commands are queued it could cause problems. We should create a callback from the domain delete command instead that will indicate to the system that the menu icon can be enabled.
