Create a way to display the list of all available URLs in the forward and back lists.

Alan Hat, a user, requested this feature be invoked using a long-press on the back or forward entries in the navigation menu.

Another possibility is to combine the forward and back lists into one dialog invoked from a new navigation menu entitled "History" or something similar.

I will look at both menu options during implimentation, the final decision being driven by which design is easiest to use. I would expect this feature to land in either Privacy Browser 1.12 or 1.13, which will likely be available by January 2017.
