If you would like to see ads you can disable the four block lists in the settings.

Note that most ads require that JavaScript be enabled. This website also has issues where it doesn't load ads if it doesn't recognize the user agent. So you will need to set the user agent to be something like WebView Default.

Note that in the next release of Privacy Browser it will be possible to configure the ad block lists in domain settings.

You may need to play with other settings like enabling cookies and DOM storage to get all the ads to display. It just depends on what code the website is using to render the ad what is required. You also might try different user agents. I can't imagine why a website would filter ads based on the user agent, but apparently this one does.

It turns out the image is not being loaded due to the following error:
"Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.followlike.net/extinban.php?banid=0&u=118149&img=&rand=81350&agent=0' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://www.followlike.net/promo/banner3.gif'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.", source: https://www.followlike.net/extinban.php?banid=0&u=118149&img=&rand=81350&agent=0
This is a bug that should be reported to the people who created the banner ad. All browsers are in the process of implementing a block on mixed content for security reasons, so this will eventually stop working everywhere unless they update their ad to follow modern security principles.
