For example, neither http://media2.ldscdn.org/assets/scripture-and-lesson-support/unity-in-diversity/2018-07-0010-to-love-them-all-360p-eng.mp4?download=true nor https://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/6.1.1/win/x86/LibreOffice_6.1.1_Win_x86.msi work. They just create a queued item in the download manager. When the queued item is deleted, the dialog asks: `Delete""?`.

The log contains this error: W/DownloadManager: Path appears to be invalid: /storage/emulated/0/Download/LibreOffice_6.1.2_Win_x86.msi

This is actually a bug in DownloadManager that can be fixed by clearing the cache and storage.
