Move as much of the code for processing the alert dialogs into them as possible and remove any listeners and public static variables from the calling activities that aren't needed.

This has already been done for the create home screen shortcut dialog.

As part of this process, check to make sure that dialogs that disable buttons don't call the button logic from and EditText enter key if they are disabled.
