Description

The user should be able to turn these off if they don't want them.

I haven't yet decided if the default should be on or off. It will likely depend on how intuitively these work with the tabbed browsing interface.

I can't imagine this working well with gesture interfaces on Android. For now I am going to close this without implementing it. Feel free to add a comment if you feel there is a way to do this that wouldn't cause more problems than it solves.
