Shorten the app name in the launcher

Description

The launcher only displays a few letters of an app's name. Currently, "Privacy Browser" is shortened to "Privacy...". To make this look better, I am going to change the launcher name to be just "Privacy". Other places that display the name, like in the app list, will still use the full string.
