Privacy Browser allows to "Clear and Exit" which clears all cookies and temporary permissions granted before exiting the app.
However, if one just wants to start a new browsing session, the app doesn't have the ability to start again on it's own. I think it could be useful, clearing everything and launching again to the homepage.

I have a hard time imagining a valid use case for this. In it's default configuration, there is very little benefit to be gained from starting a new browsing session. If a user enables JavaScript, then that allows websites to use fingerprinting to track users in ways that creating a new session cannot protect against.

In addition, I can't think of a good place in the UI to put this. And, as you have pointed out, a user can start a new session by running Clear and Exit and restarting the app, which can be done in as little as two taps depending on the circumstances.

However, I will leave this feature request open and revisit it if enough users express interest.
