Resize the WebView in full screen browsing mode if the app bar is hidden

Description

Currently, even if the app bar is hidden, the WebView is still drawn larger than the view port to accommodate scrolling the app bar. It should be possible to resize it when entering and exiting full screen browsing mode to make HTML absolute positioning work with the bottom of the screen.
