Privacy Browser Android

I've started using this browser recently and have slowly been figuring it out. I've got an issue where I can't open www.currys.co.uk. The error I get is:

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 6571697377516122421

I've enabled JavaScript, cookies, DOM and changed the user agent to webview default or chrome for Android. I've even tried disabling the filter lists but nothing seems to work. If I share the page and open in chrome the website is instantly displayed.
Do you have any ideas what could be wrong?

PS, Is there a guide or tutorial for what to do when a website doesn't work?
I've read the in app guide but I'm looking for something that allows me to use the default privacy settings and then explains what order to enable JavaScript, cookies, DOM, user agent etc when a website doesn't work?
