Description

Currently, Privacy Browser starts Orbot on resume when proxying through Orbot is enabled, but it doesn't wait for Orbot to connect, which causes the initial page load to fail.

We need to be smart enough to wait for Orbot to broadcast that is is ready before attempting to load the webpage.
