Tabs do not respond to null favicons.
In 3.12.2, navigating from a page with favicon to one without may not cause the tab's favicon to be replaced.
To reproduce, in a new tab, open [https://example.com], then a page with favicon like [https://www.stoutner.com], then go back and forth. You can also reverse the page order, use History, or even search for "example.com" then tap the appropriate result.
The correct behavior can be achieved consistently only when the desired page is entered manually to the address bar.
