Is this true ? When could you think it would happen ? If does, will it be good for users ?

This has already happened, but it isn't much of a change. Basically, now the user agent only contains the first part of the WebView version number instead of the entire thing. See Bug #1090: About > Version no longer displays the full WebView version.
