whitelisting 3p domains

How may one whitelist 3p domains while block 3p reqs is on? For example github.com relys heavily on githubassets.com
also why could't I register on WP to ask this on your main page?

The feature you are looking for isn't currently available, but it will be when Feature #181: Add a custom user filter list is implemented.

Couldn't sign up anyway it didn't let me through registration. Could it have been a privacy block?

I have registration turned off on the WordPress site (on purpose, as described in the previous link about the comment policy).
