When i use ipleak.net in table Detected information under What language you can accept: shows my short my language. Is posible change on eng only in browser options?
WebView currently detects your OS language settings and doesn't allow you to modify them. This can be a fairly extensive list if you have a lot of languages enabled in the OS.
There is a plan to override this behavior, but it will require Privacy WebView in the 4.x series.
