Add option menu items to create/view domain settings.

Description

Add options called `Bookmark` and `Domain Settings` to the options menu.

When selecting these, if the bookmark or domain settings do not exist they will be created. If they do exist the bookmark or domain settings for the current domain will be loaded.

  • Subject changed from Add option menu items to create a bookmark or domain settings. to Add option menu items to create/view domain settings.

The bookmarks is handled with the FAB in the new Bookmarks Drawer, so I have changed the title to just relate to domain settings.
