Add an option to block third-party scripts

This wouldn't be perfect because it would only be able to identify script resource requests if the URL ends in .js. However, on the current internet, that would probably be most of them.

Theat is a nice way to enhance the general privacy and security for us users until the advent of Privacy WebView, therefore i think it would be good having it implemented.

How about splitting JS into 1st party script and 3rd party script? You can include 3PS as a suboption under JS.

Also, holding JS in appbar to toggle 3PS would be a good addition too.
