Feature #1056
openAdd an option to block third-party scripts
0%
Description
This wouldn't be perfect because it would only be able to identify script resource requests if the URL ends in .js. However, on the current internet, that would probably be most of them.
See https://redmine.stoutner.com/boards/1/topics/287 for more information.

Theat is a nice way to enhance the general privacy and security for us users until the advent of Privacy WebView, therefore i think it would be good having it implemented.

This next release already has a lot of stuff planned (see https://redmine.stoutner.com/projects/privacy-browser/issues?utf8=✓&set_filter=1&sort=id%3Adesc&f%5B%5D=status_id&op%5Bstatus_id%5D=o&f%5B%5D=priority_id&op%5Bpriority_id%5D=%3D&v%5Bpriority_id%5D%5B%5D=4&f%5B%5D=&c%5B%5D=tracker&c%5B%5D=status&c%5B%5D=priority&c%5B%5D=subject&c%5B%5D=assigned_to&c%5B%5D=updated_on&group_by=&t%5B%5D=), but I think I will tentatively schedule it for the one after that.

How about splitting JS into 1st party script and 3rd party script? You can include 3PS as a suboption under JS.
Also, holding JS in appbar to toggle 3PS would be a good addition too.

If this is added, it would be under the filterlists options.
