Description

This is a corollary to Feature #1100: Open new tabs adjacent to the current tab for Privacy Browser Android.

Implemented in commit: https://gitweb.stoutner.com/?p=PrivacyBrowserPC.git;a=commitdiff;h=a2737fd8ee243b19080acdda891efb44674808e3;ds=sidebyside

This implementation opens new tabs in adjacent tabs for anything opened from a context menu (right-clicking on a link or a bookmark). It doesn't open new tab adjacently when using File > New, Ctrl+T, or the plus button. This behavior is different from Privacy Browser Android, but feels like it fits the desktop environment correctly.

In Privacy Browser PC, links opened from other programs always open in a new instance (window). This is also different from Privacy Browser Android.
