Description

I don't like the current layout, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I want to better indicate that there are (up to) two separate certificates and make it easy to tell which one is selected. Ideas include:

1. Changing the font size/color/style of the certificate titles.
2. Ghosting out the certificate that isn't selected.
