Description

My only hesitance in doing this has been trying to find real estate to dedicate to the option. I don't want to use any of the space in the App Bar because I don't think this is a feature that will be used often.

However, I think it would be possible to use the options menu entry for Refresh and have it automatically change to Stop Loading when a website is loading.
