Description
This would involve monitoring an export file for changes. It would allow the synchronization of settings and bookmarks between devices if the file were synchronized through a cloud provider, like ownCloud.

There is a possibility that current tabs could be included in this. Although there are privacy concerns with that, if the file were encrypted most of those concerns could be mitigated.
