Description
It should be possible to switch the CSS using JavaScript, allowing the combination of the files.
It might be possible to use the upcoming dark mode in WebView.

It is still unknown to me if the WebView dark mode will be accessible to previous version of Android, and, if so, how far back it will go.
This also implements SVG icons as described in https://redmine.stoutner.com/issues/367.
