Description
This was a bug introduced by a typo (`navigatingHistory` instead of `!navigatingHistory`) in commit https://git.stoutner.com/?p=PrivacyBrowser.git;a=commitdiff;h=eb5895f27130aee9da36f06da293ae4a788c75c0.
It was first present in the 2.15 release.
It caused all SSL certificate mismatches to be ignored unless navigating history.

Fixed in commit https://git.stoutner.com/?p=PrivacyBrowser.git;a=commitdiff;h=6b4312dc0c2d6cb059a0fbe6d4e7cd9317db34b6.
Due to the other changes that have been made, there is no longer any need to differentiate pinned behavior when navigating history.
