When opening an intent, sometimes two tab are loaded, with the second one being blank.

Description

This does not happen consistently. It appears to only occur when Privacy Browser is not running and is opened by an intent from another app. The first tab that is opened loads the intent. The second tab is blank.

I have no idea what part of the code is causing the problem. Based on the symptoms, there is likely some race condition that periodically causes issues.
