Description
Some people have a lot of bookmarks, and a search ability would be helpful to find them. Searches should probably match on both the bookmark name and the URL.
It would make sense to implement this in both the Bookmarks and Bookmarks Database View activities.
3 years ? Can you plz consider coding some form of gui for this ?
This is the only gripe I'm holding with PB. Rest of the app is top notch so far.
There are a number of features that many people consider even more important than this that have been waiting even longer. However, it is helpful to have people comment on feature requests so that I can get some sense of what things are most important to the largest number of people, which I take into consideration when decide what to work on next.
Tqvm for the response. I believe this is an important basic feature.
When we generally use search bar, if the phrase exists in bookmarks/history, would bring a dropdown dialog showing quick links of them.
Almost all browsers do this & it's a basic UX requirement tbh.
As a user, I don't have any authority to command devs. It's all upto you whether you consider it or not ;}
I agree with you. This is an important feature and it will be implemented at the appropriate time.
