Description

Since creating Privacy Browser, I have yet to find a website that actually needs them.

I have used a few that requires it (mostly those are important when downloading with a redirection, where the cookie from the first website will be used to allow the download on the second). I don't have any example at hand though.
My two cents would be, to keep the option available opt-in for those who need.

Google is going to get rid of it in Chrome in the next couple of years, so by then every website is going to have to adjust how they do things.
