closedActionMode Not Displaying in Guide and About on newer WebViews

Beginning with WebView 90.0.4430.66, for some reason the ActionMode (cut, copy, paste) context menu doesn't display for the WebViews in Guide and About. It even doesn't work for HTTP error messages displayed in the body of the WebView (like 404 errors and their text), but it works fine for About > Version (which doesn't use a WebView). It isn't clear to me what is causing the problem, but it is likely a bug in WebView that will be fixed in a future version.
