Consider getting rid of Fanboy's Social Blocking list

It is included in Fanboy's Annoyance list. In my experience there are no websites where I turn off Fanboy's Annoyance list and then enable Fanboy's Social Blocking list. As such, it seems superfluous.

Perhaps this should wait until after https://redmine.stoutner.com/issues/180, so that users can add in this blocklist if they like.
