Description
Hey,
I'm using Nextcloud and I can't download anything. When downloading something the error bellow is shown.
All Java, Cookies and Dom are enabled. There are no blocked domains.
It's an local instance of Nextcloud (offline) so I don't need a certificate.

This is a duplicate of https://redmine.stoutner.com/issues/708.
If you truly don't need a certificate, you can just use HTTP instead of HTTPS. Currently what you are using is a self-signed certificate, which is why you are having issues.

On other browser I can open the website using http. In privacy browser I get the certificate error and the IP is redirect to https. There is no chance to open the page using http. Is there an option in privacy browser I don't recognize?

That is probably because Privacy Browser (and everything based on Android WebView) sends the Upgrade-Insecure-Reqeusts header (you can see all headers sent by Privacy Browser at https://browserleaks.com/ip).
If you would like to connect to Nextcloud over HTTP you will need to either program your Nextcloud server to not operate over HTTPS or to not redirect HTTP connections to HTTPS.

OK I also can't download some document from my insurance.
It's a https connection of cause.
The downloadlink starts with "blob:https..."
It's annoying :(

That's a separate issue. See https://redmine.stoutner.com/issues/565.
