Request: Option to add custom hosts file

Can you please add a feature which allows us to add custom hosts file (like hosts files listed here: https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts/blob/master/readme.md#list-of-all-hosts-file-variants) ? Thanks. I really love using Privacy Browser and I feel like this would be a nice feature.

Host files are something that users should modify at the OS level, not at the browser level. I have written a bit about this at https://www.stoutner.com/dns-over-https/.
