In Redmine, we can reference issues, notes (comments), users and so on.

Nice. I didn't knew about external links. Double quote colon is a very weird implementation.
@Soren Stoutner although it's better to move to sr.ht whenever you decide to do so. It's very tidy to interact on redmine here tbh.
