Shared links enclosed by "<" and ">"

Hello,
I appreciate the privacy Browser very much.
Since the latest update, When I share a link via the top right menu, the link in the mail text body is preceded by < and followed by >.
How can I turn this off?

I don't think this is anything Privacy Browser is doing. More likely it is something the email client is doing when it receives the share intent. In my testing, K-9 Mail adds the brackets but Gmail does not.
You can see this is the case on the share screen before you pick your email program, which shows the link that will be sent without the brackets.
I would recommend you submit a bug report to whichever email program you are using and ask them not to insert the brackets.
