Feature Request - Private Keyboard Mode

Added by Clément Plante over 3 years ago

I don't know if you guys know this but Firefox private browsing mode automatically tells compatible keyboards to not remember the words for the keyboard's personalized word suggestion algorithm. It can also disable the keyboard speech to text features that uses an external server. It works very well on the Google keyboard and it's open-source alternative: openboard. Signal also has an option to turn this on. I think it would make a lot of sense for the keyboard to not log all the words we type in while using the private browser. I have no idea how to implement this or even the technical name of that feature though.
