Update bookmarks in all windows when modified.

Description
That way, bookmarks modified in one window can be displayed in another, preexisting window.
It would probably be better to use an inter-process communication to automatically repopulate the bookmarks whenever they are edited in any window.
- Subject changed from Add the option to reload bookmarks to Update bookmarks in all windows when modified.
- Status changed from New to Closed
