Description

This should be accessible under the forward and back actions on the navigation toolbar. It might also be nice to design a history dialog similar to that in Privacy Browser Android.

This commit adds dropdowns for forward and back histories (like other browsers). I decided a PC browser doesn't need a separate popup that combines the forward and back histories, like Privacy Browser Android.
