Description
DESCRIPTION¶
Under favicons of each tab, show an orb for the number of history count (if possible through native android libraries), so that managing memory by closing that tab in order to not hog SISB fillup.
ALTERNATIVE¶
To achieve this browsing hygiene, currently we need to limit the amount of tabs opened, as well as the favicon history in each tab by accessing History in the sidebar. This feature request tries to enhance the latter.

- Subject changed from Show history count below favicon in tabs to Consider showing the number of entries in the history in the navigation drawer
Showing the history count below the favorite icons would make the interface look too busy. However, it might make sense to display the history count in the navigation drawer, similar to what is done for Requests.

I think that would be incredibly difficult to implement, would look very busy, and wouldn't look good with some favorite icons.

I really like having the favorite icons in the tabs, and I wouldn't be in favor of any number of any sort covering them up or even appearing in the tabs. I think that would look too busy.

Favorite icons make it easier to identify a tab at a glance. Plus, I really like the way they look. I can’t imagine ever getting rid of them, even though some other browsers have done so.
