Fix wrong color highlighting on allow lists

Description
The top third-party should probably be green.
Also, Domain override and the domain list should probably be green.

Looking at this more closely, I think the colors are correct.
Third-party requests should always be flagged red, be they deny or allow, to indicate the importance that it is not a first-party request that is being considered. And the list of overrides should also always be flagged in red.
