Description
Add an option to download files to the location of the user's choice instead of using the integrated Android downloader.
I am waiting to implement this feature until more users are on API >= 23. See https://www.stoutner.com/downloaded-file-locations/ for a discussion.
This relates to making the default download location public. https://redmine.stoutner.com/issues/224
After making the downloads default to the public download directory, I'm not sure this is an important feature. I am going to push this off until the 4.x series and revisit it then to see if it should still be downloaded. Perhaps when more people are running Privacy Browser on a desktop/laptop this will be more important.
