Offer Ability to Disable Clicked Link Color Changes

Description
Grant users ability to disable clicked link color changes which can be detected by JS
- Assignee set to Soren Stoutner
- Priority changed from 3.x to 4.x
This is a good idea to make the default. In fact, I will probably make it the only behavior.
However, it will require Privacy WebView to make it possible, so it has to wait for the 4.x series.
