Description

I have been noticing behavior recently where if I switch to another app briefly, when I switch back it will often load a duplicate tab of an open page. Sometimes the current tab will lose its page also. This occurs after the splash screen shows which I assume means tabs are being reloaded but the app did not totally exit since the session still exists.
